Hmm, one of the best I've seen... £413 comp (after taking off their £25 of discounts for online payment, etc.) with £400xs...
Up against Bennetts (online quote but not renewal), £465 comp with £200xs... will see how well Bennetts do on the renewal quote and then give them botha bit of a push... £413 comp with £200xs would be nice |

yes they do good quotes (i was with them for 2 of my old 50cc's) but the service they offer seems to be pants.
when I phoned to ask for a letter determining that I was eligibler for a no claims bonus, the bloke on the phone was rude and obviously wasn't into his job at all. and said letter never turned up and they had to be chased up by my new insurance company, H&R. |

Seemed fine to me. £240 comprehensive. Not had to use them in anger though yet (and hope I never have to).

Got a quote of £268 with a £15 reduction if I buy within the next 14 days.
Not bad for a first timer with no NCB and insured on a provisional liscence. Bike is kept in a garage at night and has Alpha Dot security marking. Glyn |

Funnily enough my mate has been with Bike Team for the last year and has recently renewed his insurance with them and got a really good deal. He's got a 1200 Bandit and hes 46. Only passed his test (again) last year after passing it in the Army millions of years ago and not riding since. So, I thought that Id give them a buzz and see what they could do for me and my ZX6R J1.
Oh no sir, sorry, you have no NCB so we cant touch you with such a sporty bike ! So I tried again this year (now with 1 years NCB) and was told.... Oh no sir, sorry, you have 1 years NCB but you work in the Media industry and we cant insure you !! For some reason, the entertainment and media industry carries higher premiums - why I dont know as I work in an office controlling up and downlinks to satellites !! Not as if Im hooning around the country doing interviews on tv and stuff !! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr !!! So Bike Sure got my business !! thanks very much, £650 last year down to £345 this year !! Cheers ! |

I have just been quoted £254 F.C with a £250 excess. Seems very reasonable.
However who are they? Which underwriters do they use? They don't tell you in the quote! |
