Default Custom paint work...

Right, as my upper fairng / cowling.. whatever you wanna call it is slightly, ermm scratched! I thought I would do something with it.. as I am likely to buy a replacement anyway, and not want to have to bother with paint matching...

I was thinking of having it sprayed (DIY job...) I know a few people who can help anyway, so i was thinking of either having a British flag painted on it.... ala Triumph Daytona.. or a sharks mouth as frequently found on some ground attack aircraft!

Trying to think of a few other ideas as well
Welsh flag is a tad over the top though

Some ideas would be appreciated...

Ive got a pointy K3 if thats any use

I've always thought the Fleur De Lys would look good on slabby fairing (I intend to do it if TVR bring out a bike and I get one).

I saw a faired curvy with a huge shark's mouth around the lowers once, it was fab. If it's just scratched, by the way, get busy with the filler, much cheaper than new fairings and you should be able to get an as-new finish.

Actually, you could go that route but just a different colour... Red with gold lettering, black with silver or yellow, Yellow with black... Any of them would work and you'd get away with it because they're different..

IMHO of course....

lol.. well, my plans are all bugered now anyway!

They put my old fairing back on.. which only requires some touching up...

I have a sneaky suspicion they may have dropped it in the garage.. the right side has some grazes, and bent bits that WERE NOT THERE after I had crashed.. and I have eyewitnesses to that.. which also agree that the damage was done after the crash.. but I cannot be arsed to chase that up, as the only thing that needs doing is bending the rear brake pedal back a tad.. possibly replace a bar end, or re-paint... exhaust has been taken care of, mates dad buffed the graze out of it.. but still LOTS of scratches on other side not there before...

Then found out my radiator is bent
But that was crash damage! lol

As above, I have a feeling the old fairing was further damaged.. hence its quick replacement!
