I dropped my bike there yesterday morning to have it dynoed and they called yesterday afternoon to say they could not fir me in and will keep the bike overnight and do the work today. This morning they called to say the battery has gone flat and they have put iot on charge and assured me they havent done anything stupid like leaving teh ignition on.
I called them lunch time and they told me the alarm is acting funny, basically going off for no reason and that they still can't get the engine to start. I went down there after lunch to find my bike in a corner, on charge as they said, but not only is the alarm not working but when you switch teh ignition on the rev counter goes up to 7k, instead of all teh way round and comes back to zero, then it says check on the the screen, ie there is a problem with the bike. Now I can't help but think they've messed up my bike either yesterday or this morning. I roe it to their garage yesterday morning and all was fine. So anyone else used them are they Kosher? |

I know them and they're good, ask politely what they consider the problem to be.
Machines go wrong, 'tis sadly the nature of them, the only unusual thing, so far, about your bike going wrong is that it wasn't in your hands when it happened, that doesn't mean that someone knackered it, it's most likely by far to be an unfortunate coincidence. Go ask them what happened, I know that they're honest people.

Thanks, it's all I wanted to know. I was just concerned as it is the first time I am using them.
