Eyeball, A38 just before M5 - SV650.org

I overtook a black SK4 on the A38 just before it came onto the M5. I think they went off at the A379. Anybody from here?

They must've been going extremely slowly for you to overtake them.

They were going quite slowly, actually. I think they might have even been around the speed limit.
