Default Scale Model

hi to all,

does anyone know where I can buy a scale model of a curvey blue sv (i.e. die cast/replica). I want to buy myself a stocking filler, so when I am sitting at work in the mildly subdued January I can glance over at the baby sv and drift off into a nice riding daydream!......

Cheers

C.

Default oh...

Darn.

Well 'they' bloomin well should!!!

Got a friend who managed to locate a perfect mini replica of his TL1000S which sold much less, but I guess was a 'flagship' type of bike for Suzuki.

Ah well, eyes peeled and all that!

Cheers

Get a brick of balsa and some sharp knives.

Nah, actually get about 40 bricks of balsa, you'll need to practice. And about 500 elastoplasts and a few litres of o neg.

Maisto make a model Pointy on a stand in 1/16 scale. Check E-Bay. I have been scouring the model shops for years and even contacting distributors and model companies, but no one so far has made a proper kit of the pointy or curvy.

Maybe if enough of us hassle them for one, a big hairy director of a model company will make one?

OK, let's put a petition together and see what we can do. Who do we contact?

Airfix

Revell

Tamiya

Or do you know of any others?

Mind you, we would probably have to ask for either a curvy or a pointy, given that the pointy is a much prettier model, it would have to be one of them! Or we ask them to make the model to have the two options!

No need.

The easiest way would be to find someone with one of them new fangled 3D printers, take some photo's of you bike, create CAD file & print. Simples.

Difficult to get a pretty picture of a pointy mind
