Default Painting the brake discs

Is this possible? The gold on mine is starting to come away and it looks really untidy. The sight of them really annoys me. Has anyone ever painted theirs, and how did you do it?

I did the Disc's on my Mazda Turbo with a Pastikote Enamel you can get it from hobby and craft shops the gold is the nuts.

Only thing to bear in mind though is if you the last of the late breakers the disc's can get hot and may bubble the paint.

It did on my drag car anyway
