Do you need to put any sealant or grease on the gaskets or do they go straight on?

Any particular torque? Or just common sense tight?

The screws go into little threads that are welded on to the inside, so any sort of extreme tightening is likely either to snap the welds or sheer the threads. So just hand tight is my advise.
