Default cbf1000

mcn where very impressed and looking at the torque figures/revs so was i. if you look at the previous page the v-strom has more torque and bhp but looks so bloody awful. come on suzuki put the engine in something similar to the cbf1000 or i,ll have to go and buy a honda when the kids have finished uni

not as bad as the v-strom, which can,t be difficult but they had a black one at the nec which looked ok. as all black bikes usually do. plus the handling etc seems so good

Which is more ugly? The V-strom or a Varedero?

Varadero IMO, provided it's the black, grand touring V-strom. Strictly a matter of taste though.

Would a set of Renthals on a SV1000s make it more competitive with the CBF?

Amazing the FZ1 and CBF1000 both had completely differing reviews before the press had ridden them and after the reviews had reversed.

yeah! forgot about that. banditmania had one on their stand at last years tail end bmf show and it looked very good. you have to replace the top yoke as the original is to weak to be drilled and fitted with straight bars but seem to remember about £300.00 all in. nice in black eh!
