aye ....... im nearly off the medication now...only anti -flamys left to go.... not quite walking yet but im a wiz with the crutches...lost a lot of weight down to under 12 stone and a 30" waist. mrs v thinks i look toned. i feel like i could get blown over by the slightest gust. been of the fags for 3 months now as well. physios going well and the skin graft is now nearly the same colour as the rest of my body. which is pretty cool..
anyway catch you all pretty soon hopefully....hows patrick getting on with his fiat (dear oh dear) i noticed hes havin to sell of parts of his bike to fund it now ehhehe, labour of love, i now i had a fiat for 2 years X/19 loved it to bits but cost a fortune to keep fixing best regards to all
