Default Flat battery

Like a numpty i left the parking light on on friday....will charging the battery be sufficient enough to give it enough life to spark back up? or if i manage to bump it will riding it charge it up enough?..supposed to be going on a ride out in the morning

Charge your battery over night it should be ok!!!!

Thank you my friend...i got it on charge now...fingers crossed it'll spark up in the morning...if not ive got an **** of a job to bump it cos i live at the bottom of a hill

Check it in a couple of hours the charger should have put enough juice in it to start!!!

my battery is fecked...bumping it does offen give it plenty to start proper the next day

FFS if you know the battery is goosed, get a replacement. I have seen a few very experienced riders come croppers doing a one man bump start, 9 times out of 10 no problem and that 1 time when they jump on knackered from pushing it to get enough momentum and whoops straight over.

Jump it off your car and take it for a thrash. Thats what I did when I let my mate put it away one night and he kept the thorttle open while cranking and cranking, the gave up after it stopped turning and walked it in the garage, then didn't tell me. Make a ****ing huge backfire I tells ye.
