I eat chocolate when I've had a long day of people shouting at me.

Excerpt form some health kick site.....

Ferrero Rocher Chocolates
Not permitted on low carb diets, sweets, candy and chocolate (like Ferrero Rocher Chocolates) are typically calorie-dense foods with no dietary fiber and little or no nutrition. Moreover, some sweets/chocolates are high in refined carb sugars and high on the Glycemic Index, which means it can cause a rapid rise in blood-glucose levels, leading to excessive insulin production and a sudden drop in blood sugar. The longer-term health effects of eating high-GI foods and consequent unstable blood sugar levels, include periodic hyperglycemia, hyperinsulimia, obesity and other symptoms, known collectively as insulin resistance syndrome. Increased risk of diabetes is another possibility. See also Diabesity and Insulin Resistance. Bottom line: if you want to lose weight and stay healthy, keep your intake of refined sugary carbs in foods like Ferrero Rocher Chocolates, to a sensible minimum.

No wonder you feel ill. Should have chosen Jaffa Cakes, the ultimate munchie product.
