Default splashed out a bit.

I'm planning to respray the bodywork again this summer, haven't finilised the colour yet but have started the prep work.

I've got the decals already, gone a bit wild here, As i've got them cut from real gold leaf, I fairly sure it won't react with the laquer top coat, but as it was quite expensive I'd like a second opinion.

also, thinking of doing some graphics in Dutch metal (foil) was wondering the same of that?

anyone?

Cheers Mark.

Gold wont react. It doesnt oxidise, change colour nothing. Thats why its used in so many applications these days.(wiring etc)

Must say, very 70's 'Hot-Rodder' of you to use that! My Dad had some to put on his Ford Model T 'Rod,as pin-striping.

What design have you done?

This has been said a Gazillion times before, but when it comes to customising, its all down to personal preference!

So,as long as you like what you do/done then thats all that matters.

As for Paint colours, get in touch with a paint supplier who supplies 'House Of Kolor' paint and get yourself a paint catalog/chart.

They do some amazing colours. Dear but quality paint.

Good Luck!

Post some pics when its done!?
