Default Stuck master cylinder bleeder

I'm experimenting with a GSXR Nissin radial master cylinder, courtesy of Knaapie... Got it fitted, but I'm having trouble with the integral bleed nipple. Nissin built in a collection point with a bleeder, but with the bleeder stck the collection point is higher than the reservoir hose, so any air there is stuck. I've cleared it by dismounting the whole assembly and waving it about, but that's not very practical.

So far I've tried it unassisted, with liberal application of yoshimoto penitrating oil, and with a little heat and cold (soldering iron and chewing gum remover!) but it's still stuck. I'm very wary of snapping it, it looks to be stainless so it'll be brittle. Any other suggestions? It's not mine, so nothing too destructive, but it'd be nice to sort it out...

PS, did I mention I hate bleeding brakes And Carelesschucka's got my Mityvac.
