K6 Service Manual - SV650.org

Don't suppose any of you know where I could grab a service manual for the K6? Don't mind paying for it, and to be honest, I haven't looked too hard (yet).

I have checked with Hayes, and they only offer up to the K5 at the moment.

In line with another thread, I'll be relying on the 2year warranty, but the dealer has done the good thing, and said if I buy parts from him, he'll stamp the book, so hopefully that won't void the warranty (still waiting to read it all in black & white when the bike arrives sat though).

Just thought I'd check with you guys, see if you know of anywhere (even Suzuki UK's website isn't much help).

Is there any difference between a K5 and a K6? (except the colour of course)

If there are diffrences, are there going to be so many that a K5 Haynes manual is going to be obsolete?

Given that the Haynes for Pointy's has only come out in the past few months, I'd say you'll be waiting a rather long time for very few (if any) revisions, so I'd buy the one avaliable now.

I've got to take a trip to the dealership this weekend anyway, so I'll ask about the differences of a K5 vs K6. I'll also ask if he can get hold of a factory service manual.

The service manual for the pointies can be found in pdf form on the main site. You can also get it in physical form from a dealer.

I haven't heard of many differences between the 05 and 06?
