Caught the Pigeon
Well **** Dastardly and Muttley would have been proud, happy was a zooming down the back of Portsdown Hill at 70+ mph. When I see it just out the corner of my eye, a low level Pigeon coming across my path, Iinstinctivelyy duck. But the pigeon must have been on a low level mission and it wasn't enough, it stuck me right in the visor. Very, very, hard, pushing my head into my shoulders and and pulling on my arms. I think the only reason I stayed on the bike was because I had ducked down low. I rolled off the throttle and flip my visor up, as I was a little dazed and also to spit the feathers out... no idea what happed to the pigeon, but there where some trace eleiments on my visor, jacket and tank bag. Plus when I got home I opened my jackets and about 20 feathers fell out... Oh and I sat down for a bit and took some tablets.
