Factory restricted in 2000?
Was the 2000 model of SV 650 S available in a factory restricted mode? Not just an aftermarket jobbie now, but the full on factory restriction kit? The reason I ask is cause my insurance company are claiming that it was not available.

Restricted to 33BHP? Not from Suzuki as a factory option AFAIK
