What browser are you using?

If it's Internet Explorer you can dump the favourites to a folder using Organise Favourites on the Favourites menu.

If you're using Internet Exploder, copy the folder C:\Documents and Settings\YourName(.domainName)\Favourites to your removable pen disk, or zip it up and e-mail it to yourself.

The bit in brackets - (.domainName) - will only be needed if you log onto a Domain. You're logging on to a domain if there are three boxes on the Log In name/password screen. The domain name is the lower of the three boxes.

If its Firefox just go to the tool bar at the top and click on bookmarks, then select manage bookmarks. Another window should open and the go to File>Export...the rest is self explanatory. Hope this helps.

Try something like My Bookmarks which will store your favourites online.
