can any one recommend any paint to get rid of horrible silver wheels cheers

I'm not too sure about paint specifically (you'd have to be very good with an air spray gun and make sure the surfaces are properly treated beforehand), but powder coating is what i've seen many people recommend for this sort of thing. HTH
