I'm trying to write a write a callout / esculation document at the moment.
The servers are in the UK, the incident desk is in Malaysia, 1st and 2nd line is in India and 3rd line is UK (Me) and no-one is quite sure how it all hangs together. THis will prove very usefull indeed |
