dnt be bothred to watch it all. whats the science behind it folks?

Seems unlikley to me, i cant think off the top of my head what you can do to get energy from water, its normaly a product of a chemical reaction

you can technically burn hydrogen, with oxegen, but not in the compound water (H2O).. in any form or modified structure... deffo a fake like all the others,

The only way a water powered car can work is if it splits it into hydrogen and oxegen, which combusts to re-create water but this would require more energy to split the water into the separate chemicals in the first place.

either that or an electric engine and a water wheel to produce the power

Not technically, most definatly!

And yea, it would take more energy to degrade water into hydrogen and oxygen then the energy you get out of burning H2 an O2. At best, you get the same amount of energy out that you put in...
