cheap 1999 svs for sale

ok i need to sell my bike as my garden is being built on and i no longer have the space for a bike. I was going to tart the bike up before i sold it but i recently broke my hand so i am thinking of selling it cheap taking into account what needs doing to it.

ok so the bike is a full faird, black, svs 1999, new front and rear tyres bt battalaxe 020, painted black swinging arm, black wheels, remus revolution race can (road legal), colour coded rear hugger, single seat conversion with passanger seat, led indicators just needs new relay to slow them down, earls braided hoses.

the bad points ok i will be honest here
this bike has been used as a commuter and is high millage last time i look it was 44000 miles.
the body work is tatty with a few scratches as on the tank.
the wheels are chipped in a few places they were on the wheels when i got the bike but never got to sorting it.
the exhaust has tarnished in a few places just needs some autosol.
has broken brake lever dropped when i first got the bike this was the only thing to brake.
the front brakes need new seals which i got but just need to be fitted the brakes work fine just have spongy feel.

i can do these jobs if it means selling the bike but was hoping someone looking for a cheap svs that is road worty but just needs tarting up. i am looking for offers around £1000 to take it away.
