I noticed that my subframe is not alligned with my rear wheel. Clearly happeded when I laid it down a couple weeks ago. The rear mudguard is about an inch off center with the wheel. Is this something I should worry about?

Nah, don't worry about it, as long as it's not broken a weld.

it is worth stripping it down and inspecting all the welds and bolts just to be safe

I did check out all the welds, nothing is broke. However, I won't be taking any pillons just in case.
