Default Cam chain rattle kinda noise?

Ok the sv's got that horrible cam chain rattle noise going on at the mo BUT i had the cam chains changed in Sept 06! any ideas what it could be? sounds wose/more noticable when clutch is pulled in (and yes i know the sv has a noisy clutch) but its deffo a canm cahin kinda rattle noise..tensioners???...

As shes was ratteling like a good un, hadnt had a decent service since 11k miles and i got her with 27k on the clock.

Sounds like you cam chain tensioners are stuck, do a search for it theres loads of threads about it.

thought it could be the tensioners and did a quick search on it
