Bandit mania?

What's been your experience when shopping at bandit mania?-reason I'm asking is I placed an order almost two weeks ago and still haven't received it yet-contacted them asking about order dispatch but reply was not as forthcoming as i had hoped-getting pi$$ed off waiting for delivery-are they allways like this?

Never known them to be bad, maybe not the cheapest admittedly, but they're usually ok. Could be a problem on their couriers side though which may explain why they can't be too precise about the cause of the delay.

Keep onto them though.

I've used them a few times in the past without any issues. Bit pricey though, so don't normally use them if I can source the part elsewhere. Never had an issue with postage.

contacted them re my order from 11th-told it was posted on the 20th!!!!!

I live near them, so I've only used them in person rather than mail order. However, they've always seemed friendly and professional. Have you tried phoning or just emailing? Might be worth a phone call to get things sorted out.

Just going to have to wait until delivery comes-no point in contacting them again -they've said they sent the item so just need to sit it out-just annoying that i'm having to wait more than two weeks for it when I could have had a next day delivery from another company for a similar item-oh well you live and learn!

i blame every other company but the post office.

Still no delivery!-been told its in the postal system but have to wait 25 days before anything can be done?pass the buck eh?-first and last time I'll be shopping there!
