Unhappy How to save petrol

Don't ride your bike! Or in my case, Doctor says, "don't ride your bike for several weeks"

Why? Flippin cruciate ligament injury that's why!
So there I am, fighting crime, protecting people when a drink driver decides he doesn't want to stop, then runs off when he can't drive fast enough.
Running around Salford in the wee hours, my knee gave way, unfortunately for the lad, the Police dog didn't
Suffice to say, at least my knee injury won't leave visable scars (unlike the dog bites he suffered) 'cos I don't need an operation, but I am laid up for weeks, cursing all that is unholy and generally being very grumpy.
So, any miracle cures known out there on org land?

Unlucky fella.

So is the drunk being done for assaulting an officer with a deadly weapon?

Special tricks to get that knee working properly again? Hop around...

My neighbour had an operation on her cruciate recently and the consultant says, "sell your bike".

So there really is always somebody worse off than yourself!

And I hope the toerag got a good shoeing to go with his bites...

Cheers Baph, but the CPS don't think the cobbled street is a deadly weapon.

Thought you had gone quiet. Get the knee sorted for the N/S

with the state of the roads in Salford, could you not claim your injury is due to the poor surface and sue the buggers. riding round there the other day it was dodge the pot hole
great ones are joining the slip road off the east lancs by the speed camera. then the whole lot round the Seedly park area.

I now what you mean about the roads Tim, but I don't really go in for the whole american "sue them all" culture, plus, I'm just a clumsy bugger at heart!

unlucky but to be honest - you'll be missing several weeks of rain! do you ever patrol around withington? we've had a police helicopter right over my house a couple of times now, just circling for about 20 minutes.

Maybe you should just release the hostage and end it all!
