Wow, not seen that before. Obviously a crook being chased, which makes it easier to watch, as he is clearly dead from the first moment. The policeman arriving shortly after gets out but its not like he can dive in there to rescue anyone is it? Bit disturbing, but at least it was a criminal and noone innocent got hurt.
