Default Which footrest hanger/gear lever fits

Long time since I posted here, it's nice to be back

My lovely neighbour knocked over my Y2K 650S and broke the gear lever and foot rest hanger.

I was planning to go to Chimay in Belgium on 20 July, for the classic bike racing, and that may well be a bit tricky if I can't change gear. Looking in the usual places like fleabay, it seem that they're like rocking horse droppings so can anyone advise which other hangers will fit? Does the hanger from the newer SV fit (more or less, bodging is acceptable)?

Default Re: Which footrest hanger/gear lever fits

I've just re built my rear brake peadal. As long as the hanger is ok the foot peg shouldn't be a problem. I ended up getting a pedal off an SV1000, fits fine but had to be a bit creative with the brake light plunger. Also I think Bandit and SRAD 600/750 pedals fit.
