New Helmet...

Just though I should let you know of a good deal around at the moment, but not sure how long it will last...

I needed to replace my XR1000 which got run over by my instructor (long story), so was looking for the best prices. Found that BCT Motorcycles http://www.bctmotorcycles.co.uk/ have XR1000's pretty cheap. The one I wanted was priced at £218.25 inc delivery. Having found the one I wanted, I tried to place an order via the website, but it wouldnt work - so I called them up only to be told that the web prices are wrong, and the cheapest he could do it was £250 all in. He said that the website would be updated today (last Thursday). Bummer, didnt place an order, but waited. Checked the website on Fri, prices were still the same, and thought I'd place an order anyway at the cheaper price...

Guess what, it arrived today! - and they still havent taken any money out my bank account! Just checked the website, and the prices are still the same...

Sooooo, if you want a cheap XR1000, its worth a look - the plain colours are on for about £190 or so...
