Default Leathers!! Again!!!

So today as i was about to set off for a ride i notice my jacket was falling apart, AGAIN!!!. so now i have to take them back AGAIN!!!, both jacket and trousers have been back once already before i even wore them!. so know im wondering whether to take them back and ask for a full refund on both trousers an jacket and go else where as im seriously hacked off with them (leathers that is, staff have been polite etc when dealing with them)

they are the RST Propelle 2 piece and are just over a month old

Yep, take them back mate for a full refund. If they fall apart by just looking at them, imagine how they would perform in a crash

"not fit for purpose" is the Sale of Goods Act line, I seem to recall. Might add some legal weight to your discussion, if they don't want to refund you.

I'm (procrastinating about) fixing up an old Yamaha FZ600 to get myself fully back on the road.

It's NOTHING to do with being designed in Britain.

It's ALL about being made in China. By people who are so underpaid that it's effectively slavery. By people who would get a whipping if they complained.

TBH, I'm not much of a fan of the RST range either. Mr Wolf had a one-piece suit for racing in - one off at 85mph and the seams burst completely all down the right side. He was lucky to get away with a small amount of road rash along his hip. I wouldn't go for anything else by them after seeing that.
