Lausitz: World Superbike Qualifying - Summary

The times set in yesterday’s first qualifying will stand after bad weather hit today’s second session. Most riders recorded times in the low two minute bracket, with only Robbi Rolfo dipping below this in the closing stages of the session, with a 1:58.229 lap still 18 seconds off the pace he set yesterday.

Xaus, Muggeridge and Nieto did not record times today, and Neukirchner and Kagayama crashed in the poor conditions.

Race )ne - i knew bayliss was gonna wreck his tyres. I thought corser could overhaul biaggi though, but that GSXR is a rocketship down the back straight!

Was quite a good race. Big Kudos to Nori, really hauled troy in, regardless of shagged tyres. Hopefully all the teams can get a better dry set up for race two. And fingers crossed JT can go through the pack rather than backwards...

Missed race 1

JT did well in race 2 to get into the better points, and Bayliss did him a favour too.

Indeed good dmg control considering! But still a shame not to see him on top again . 4 More races...

I think Nori is now going to push JT all the way home. Should be a great run in to the end of the season.

True! Just wish it wasnt so damn nail biting... I SOOOOO want JT to win, i talked to him at the TT and he is so sound (and from 15 miles from my home ).
