Default Baffled (with a CCC)

How does one remove ones Baffle from a CCC oval Stainless can?

I've drilled out the Rivet. Now what?

I've tried padded pliers. No joy
I've tried heating it up. No joy

How do you get it out without marking the exhaust? It's stuck fast.

Cheers,
Carl

It is a bloomin tight fit.

I worked mine out very slowly with a screwdriver - to get it moving.

If at first you don't succeed - use more gaffa tape.

I've heard a few others use the trick of shoving a broom handle up the exhaust with a sharp tap on the handle on the ground you might find that it frees the baffle.

You'll want to put the brom handle in from the front, the end where the link pipe fits to the orginal system.

You could also try wd40 between the baffle and the exhaust outlet then grip and pull on the inner "round metal bit" using a set of pliers...thats how I got mine out of my CCC oval stainless.
