Default strange noises (not sv)

Ok apologies for it not being an SV but im not a member of any other forums

Okay so i have a 2005 R6 and have just noticed some noises not sure if its anything to be worried about or i have only just started hearing it.

When i select first gear then let the clutch out i can hear the clutch engaging like a sort of knock would this be anything to worry about?

Also my rear shock is making a weird creaking noise, maybe needs some lubrication? im not sure.

Thanks in advance

Good morning.
Firstly, check your chains condition & tension, if it's worn it could be riding up the gearbox sprocket when you engage the clutch. If all is well in that department, you had better get the clutch itself inspected.
Creaks from the shock area usually indicate a lack of lube somewhere. A strip & grease of the linkage may cure it.

Cheers.
