Default What a day!

So I wake up late for work, my mate calls me. I go **** over Tit trying to get to the phone from the bathroom and smash my knee into floor and can't friggin move!

He is like calls dude where are you, your okay right? (They worry casue I ride and would have come looking for me) So I limp around get my stuff togther get the bike kit on and get on the bike to work.

At this point the roads are busy I mad casue I am late its really embrassing I'm never late and ever knob out there doesn't see me coming not mention my throbbing knee! All in the rain just great!

Crap boring day filled with the joy of paper of work and some other stuff, finally get home now, and have a bruise on my knee which really hurts! At least I have the day off tomorrow!

Na, I'm sure that really would be painfull

(i.e. hit a rock, do a roll. ouch)

I got an idea of how you feel, I have a stiff shoulder at the moment frm sleeping to heavily on it (always happening) and it seems that, when you really cant deal with it 100% best, every tit on the road wants to kill you
