Default help required please

hi all

i have a 99 sv650s with a problem i cant figure out

i have just had the starter motor serviced and fully charged (acording to charger) the battery

it wont start ??

now when i push the button , the speedo and rev counter both move round and theres a very quick clicking sound

when i turn on the lights my neutral and oil light go dimmer

can any one shed any light on this probably easy problem

Either the battery isn't charged, despite what your charger may be telling you, or the battery isn't connected right, loose or dirty connections etc.

The clicking sound is explained here: Click Me!

The needles whirring is caused by the voltage spikes from the rapidly connected/disconnected starter.
