you'll need some sort of steel fabricator I'd imagine.
Find a local one in the yellow pages, then go knock on the door and ask someone if they'd do it.
Cash in hand I bet they'd do you it on one of thier lunch breaks.

^ cheers, will ask around first before buying the forks, also asked the bloke what size hole the stem is because the stem at the moment is 30mm at the bottom and 25mm at the top so if the stem is 25mm hole the sv stem wont fit i dont think

unless some one can confirm what diameter the hole in the sv yoke is for the stem (still dont have bike back)

could always get a custom yolk made for what you require, wont be cheap but it'll be unique.

looking at the sv yoke i think its about 25mm at the top just waiting for the bloke to come back with measurements for the tuono yoke (rsv bottom yoke zxr400 stem and tuono yoke)

I normally use a C-spanner, that is the proper tool for it though. I don't know if that exact one will do the job but that seller is the one I bought the tools to remove the castle nuts/adjusters for the engine on the SV. I'd buy from him again (and now I've seen it I'm tempted to get one of the headrace tools from him too).

I know Own a RSV mille front end :D

also the seller is going to press my sv stem into the rsv yokes so will just be a slot in job (apart from the steering lock maybe)

forks have new oil and seal's nearly new ABE wavy rotor's (expensive and hard to find) and gold brembo's
