I think JT is out of his depth. He is playing catchup and he doesn't have the firepower to do that.

He is under pressure to perform and this race at a track he should know doesn't bode well.

But I live in hope.

But listening to JT is bad.

He is talking about the pressure and how he is fighting for job...no confidence that it will all come good.

Never hear any other top racer talking in that way.

Self pressure is the worst pressure.

Yep and it all started with him messing up at Donnington last year.

Yup.Making mistakes and a series of crashes all point to trying too hard.Also I suspect the mind games in the team are something he cant cope with.His record at Ducati after his first WSB title hints at something similar.Ducati treated him rather badly because they wanted Laconi to win the title and JT couldnt rise above it then.He should have either left Ducati then and there or gone out and won to prove a point.He did neither.Now he should be taking it one step at a time and developing himself and the bike.Instead he is trying the old win it or bin it stategy and it wont wash in the premier class.

Aye could be... Hmph. I thought he was good at the pressure thing. I guess he'll ride really well if he gets another job offer/loses his. :(

125's Excellent if a little short, but lots of action in 4 laps.
250's Excellent with posotions changing faster than you could keep up with even though it was a shortened 13 lapper.

"500"s now Boooorrring. Just a Procession just like F1.

The guys at Dorna should be very, very worried about how good the RACING is on WSB.

RACING - where posotions change in a mix of tooth and claw competition, edge of the seat, shouting at the telly, rear sliding, brake chattering, tyre smoking glory.

Remeber swantz, Doohan, Rainey, and Lawson? Remember how good that was? I watched the 1992 Phillip Island 500 race on Video about three days ago and it was absolutely Spectacular. In an entirely different stratosphere to modern MotoGP.

MotoGP is dying a death. Last one out turn off the lights.

I said before i didn't watch much MotoGP, but i remember watching the Rossi Gibernau battle live when it went down to the last corner, that was fabulous, Rossi just letting people through so he could pass them again. This looks like F1 did 5 years ago.
I was really looking forward to this :( hope it gets better.

They swapped race engineers, the team talked to JT about it JT was happy with it as he was having a problem with his crew cheif and the deal was done. Only nobody thought to ask Edwards if he was happy about it, and he threw his toys out of his pram as he wasnt consulted about it and he blames JT for it and now he wont speak to JT at all.
