Plan's in place and I'll be heading into the wilds of Essex Friday evening, weather looks to be mild if a bit wet, so no excuse on that score.

A quick run up to Church end then stop at the Hawk for about half seven so see you there.

Well true to form, my luck was running as normal, after a nice visit in at Coolgirl's, picked up some stuff in Leyton, one of my gloves leaked, then one of my boots, still thought I'd push on for the Hawk, got as far as the turning of the A130 and the bike started to slide a bit, pulled over to find the back tyre seriously deflating, called recovery and after nearly a hour a guy came out and fixed it for my by which time I was cold and wet so I headed home, thought I might get something out of the evening and call in to the Soho meet, guess what, no one there, finally found out they had gone to the ace, went up there, everything going fine, all packup at the end of the evening, and I'm the last to leave, and I drop the bike!

My appologies be it seems it just wasn't on the cards to make it there this evening, now I have a busted bike and a really hurting knee, just a great night all round really.
