Re: Question For The Gamers
I haven't tried downloading from that site, but old PC games might be incompatible with the newer OS.
Birth of the Federation and other DOS based games wouldn't work properly when I changed to XP from 98. Might work if they're run in an emulator. What PS2 RPG's do you have? |
Re: Question For The Gamers
My favourite ever was the Final Fantasy series of games, although I also bought an N64 just so I could play Zelda:rolleyes:

N64 as well:rolleyes: My nephew has most of the final fantasy games, everthing from 4 onwards to Dirge of Cerberus on the PS/PS2. Other similar games he has are Star Ocean, and the Kingdom Hearts series |

Dark Cloud, Sword of Vermillion, Vandal Hearts, Star Ocean, I could go on. The best thing about the PS2 was still being able to play all your PS1 games on it. |

Re: Question For The Gamers
All of the Dizzy games are up there. So, play Magicland Dizzy. Not an old-style RPG, it's the best platform game ever made. (under Abandonware, Adventure) Ecco the Dolphin's in there too, it was actually quite rubbish but talk about relaxing. And the bit at the start where you jump... "How high in the sky can you fly?" and the vortex strikes, and when you land the sea's empty... WRROMMMMMMM... Ah, that'll seem like gibberish to anyone who didn't play it, but it's one of the all-time great gaming moments.
Just play Final Fantasy 7 again, best game ever. Oy, Law, Birth of the Federation has a fairly good XP patch now, it's a wee bit flakey still but not too bad. |
