Re: Does anyone else...
All my bikes have names:
Triumph - The Daytona SV650 - The SV SR250 - The 250 CBR600 - The trackbike GSXR 750 - The Gixer |
Re: Does anyone else...
My bikes are definately all Shes.
They're loosely named but they don't get called by their names. CG is called Jenever (JNV) GS is called Kat (GS550M = Katana) SV... not actually named as yet |
Re: Does anyone else...
Never named my car but for some reason I did name he bike, dunno why though.
She's called bessy but it not really cool enough so her stage name is Zuky (Suzi was already taken by my mate and is also dead common). She'll always be dependable Bessy to me though |

It then gets returned to the garage with a copy of Bike Trader as a thinly veiled threat..... But sorry no name.... |
Re: Does anyone else...
N names as i found Suzuki and Kawasaki done that for me, the SV650s i called the SV and the ZX6-R well Kawasaki called it the Ninja so that will do for me.
Never gave them pet names, and i too find it wierd that people name their bikes! |
Re: Does anyone else...
No specific name for my sv.
In conversation I refer to the sv as she. As a fully fledged member of the heterosexual community, I would not want to say I rode him!!!! :smt090 |
