yeh it does say (Endorsable Offence) right at the top of the ticket which surley means points, right?

that's what I was thinking - I'm not sure there's any speeding offence that carries just a fine and no points...

I can't think of one, yellow tickect means points....da white is £30 and no points.

Just to clear it up. Its a yellow ticket. £60 fine and 3 points.

I could have been sent to court which would have undoubtabley mean a hefty fine and a ban.

Just for those who are unclear, I'm not condoning speeding. I ride as I wish. :rolleyes: And I now have 8 points to show for my riding style. Its not a badge of honour, just what has happened.
