300 in a day is basically nothing, IMO, even for big crippos like me. But 600 in 2 days is a bit more, and 900 in 3 is a lot more- it adds up, what feels fine after a day can grate pretty fast after 2. Also, it's better to do fewer good miles than lots of rubbish ones... But I think if you're reasonably comfy in the saddle and you're not new to longer days it should be fine.

Perhaps my judgement is not to be trusted, I'm doing a thousand mile weekend for the AR, fitted around a massive drinking session, and I'm considering using it as a jump-off point to do Lands End-John O'Groats :mrgreen:
