:-s How is chemistry easy? suppose it is to you if you're really good at it - which I'm guessing you must be lol!

I've recently handed in my synopsis for my dissertation which I will start after summer. We have to design our own biological investigation, collect tons of data and analyse it. I'm doing animal behaviour though which is gonna be interesting, not really very reliable, but at least I'll enjoy it. I'm damned if I'm gonna sit in a lab for the whole thing, not my cup of tea!

I don't think my degree is easy, the workload is ridiculous and a lot of pressure. Where a lot of people have 1 exam in a year, we have on average 5 a term  more coursework I say!

Anyway I'll shush now :D

So long as you enjoy what you're doing, the tasks will be a lot less arduous.
Thats the reason why i managed to cope with my degree. I make it sound like I was pi$$ing about most of the time (because to me I was) however others who didn't have as much passion as I did for the subject found the workload really difficult to manage. (usually worked between 8-12 hours a day every day for 2 years on my course).

erm, surely her dissertation was a doddle? If she chose a subject she enjoyed, which she must have then it should have been a pleasure!!!!!

That depends how good the thesis was - remember: quality not quantity ;)

Im looking forward to my disertation, only has to be between 8000 - 10000 words, and counts for 40 credit! bargin! I would have done one every year if I could. My title is 'can terrorism achieve political goals?'

lol I'm quite looking forward to mine too, and its one less exam to do!

My title is "Does communication between Oystercatcher flocks (Haematopus ostralegus) relate to particular feeding sites at high tide" - probably don't sound too interesting but will be fun!
