I don't think he much liked either of them to be honest.

Me neither! I mean seriously, what the hell is Lee going to do for any business? Apart from run around talking gibberish and motivating people with his catchphrase: 'THAT's WHAT I'M TALKING ABOOUUUT!'
Good luck to him though...

What worries me is that he used to work as an IT Sales & Delivery Manager for the same company as me (different offices though). From my experience of them, all they do is drink Starbucks and run around talking on their mobiles?!?!?!? Or at least thats what they do here.

seriously you ask? he's a fantastic salesman, a great team player and seemed a good motivator when he was team leader, never appeared in the boardroom and have to defend himself for his poor results or lack of effort.

i think there's a whole lot more to him than shouting!!!

Yeah right......no chance. I do too much work......seems that to get on the show you need an airy fairy management type job title.

to get on the show and win!! you need to be a shrewd sales person with very good skills in project management, cost management, business acumen, eye for detail, team player, negotiator and the list goes on and on.

This is indeed an interview from hell :) You are being interviewed for 3 months and on skills and tasks that you need to have to become a successful business owner.

Yep, Sir Alan even said that in the "You're Hired" show that went out on BBC1 after the news. He pointed it out. So it was something he was looking for. Also I think every week when Lee project managed his team won.

I really liked him, I thought he was honest and down to earth and he didnt to me seem to get involved int he nasty bitchness that some people tried.

I think all the final four were pretty strong, but Alex in a few years when he's grown up a bit is going to go very far I think.
