Nope not really I have race can on my bike, not had problems I guess just don't draw attention to your self.

I've noticed I'm doing that now as well :plod::smt065 (although my can isn't outragously loud)

Maybe I'm just bad I go past as I normally do, may be slightly higher gear, I think you would have to find a rat in a bad mood, myself I think there are other offences such as no insurance, or driving/riding like an idiot which need looking at.
