Mine is a good guy. He asks me to do something and then pretty much leaves me alone to get on with it.

One of the project managers I am resourced out to, can sometimes be a complete pratt and he has the people management skills of an amoeba.

Just dont ask me about my colleague though, you'll regret it :D

My boss is 1,000 miles away in Germany and apart from a monotonous 1 hour video-conference each week, he leaves me to get on with my job.

My boss changes like the weather, sometimes he is all "go home early and don't tell anyone" then the next day he is like "I hope your going to make the time up from going home early yesterday" really gets to you after a while
