I've given up on the searcg for the truly waterproof boot at a reasonable price. I now have a pair that do not promise to be waterproof. I have goretex waterproof socks which work very well.
If I were you I would accept the exchance and get a pair of goretex socks, cost about £15 in any camping shop. |

So there was no way I was going to part with an additional ?80 with a manufacturer that already sold me a non-waterproof waterproof boot.
So I decided no to some more Oxtar's and went for a Puma Desmo Moto GTX (Goretex) boot, for which I had to add ?40..........we'll see. |
