The man is an iddiot!
Brewery and drink up spring to mind! He has no idea of what is going on, he's already royally cocking up over the oylmpics, and has appointed so many advisors and delegated so much of his work load that when it comes round to weekly mayors questions he doesn't know what's going on in his own office!

Well, I won't pretend he's not eccentric at least, but....he is better than Ken so far...so he gets my vote. He could screw it up yet, but he's not as much of a c*nt right now. :p

or perhaps he knows he can't do everything by himself and know the details of every inner working of every section of the mayoral office, so has appointed people he knows can make informed choices instead
