Re: Pick-ups you can fit a bike in the back of...
i have a 1991 hiliux, you can fix most things with a hammer, its a petrol one but runs on LPG so its cheap (ish). The LPG also got me another 10% off my insurance.
Only buy a navara if you dont mind putting a new engine in every 60K miles. They are notorious for throwing rods at 60k, just google it and you will see what i mean. The L200s are good, i personally wouldnt describe them as gutless, they see ok to me. But bear in mind youre not getting a car, its a truck, so they are not fast. But they shouldnt be fast, otherwise they are dangerous. |

A frind carries his dirt bike round in the back of a Warrior with no trouble. He has carried sports bikes as said with the tail down. Getting the f**kers up there is hard work though. A long ramp is needed |

Sorry to de-rail but your post just reminded me; I was driving to work this morning and saw a full-on bike with an oxford cover strapped to the back of a caravan with string or some plasticy stringy thing.
Now that is something id be scared of doing...what if it fell of?? :smt103 Maria |
