When I first got my CG125 2+ years ago, the garage hadn't actually bolted the number plate on, just left it with the sticky bits.

Got to work one day, colleague went out to look at it and said "where's your number plate and rear L plate" ...
Hadn't noticed it falling off on the ride into work.

I just got my fixed penaly letter through.

I love the way it's worded- speeding fines can reach £1000 or £2500 on a motorway.

But we may consider accepting a £60 and 3 points if you send them to us within a month.

Legalised bribery anyone?

Outrageous scare tactics.

This whole government should be taken into the Common's basement to face a firing squad, and while we are at it, the war criminal Tony Blair should be brought to justice as well. I'll be the first to volunteer to be one of the people holding the rifles. They are nothing but a bunch of self-serving, robbing ba$tards who have systematically whittled away at whatever human rights and freedoms the people of this country have enjoyed since the signing of the Magna Carta.

If a bomb dropped on Westminster tomorrow I would hurry to shake the hand of the man who aimed it.

Bring it on. My views on the current incumbents are well known to many. I just cannot believe they got into power on the basis of being a party that would not accept sleaze; and then re-appointed David Blunkett to a cabinet post after twice being caught out, kept Prescott as deputy PM after being involved in a public and televised retaliatory fist fight and got involved in the illegal occupation of a foreign state knowing full well they had no justifiable reson for doing so. They got caught out, and we're suffering the consequences with increased anti-terrorism laws and measures that suppress us in our day to day life.

They stink, they just cannot see the damage they have done to this once fine country. As far as devolution goes, why do we in England have another Scottish Prime Minister? Wasn't Blair enough? If the Scots want devolution and their own government, then Scottish politicians should be barred from holding political office in England; I can't see the Scots being too happy about an Englishman holding any ministerial position in Scotland.

Don't get me wrong, I love the Scots as a nation - they have patriotism like we used to have, and love their land - but this pushes my buttons in so many ways.

And many, many others. But they are Prime Minister of Britain, not England. Common mistake for the English to make. :smt021
