I feel your pains , while walking back home from the 4th of July fireworks display i stepped in the side of a hole in the ground about 1 foot deep and went in with my foot at a 90 deg angle and when bottomed out i felt pain that would make Satan cringe, needless to say it's been 2 months now and it still screwed up (it is all i can do to get through 8 hours of work and it's back to painville)

i also feel your pain, went over on my ankle about 4 years ago whilst out running went over in a pot hole, never felt pain like it did my ankle ligaments in took nearly 6 months to get it right and even now my ankle still plays up now and again, cant run for long distance any more, hope you heal soon

Thanks for the replies. My lower leg's went a strange purply-black colour, but I've been assured this is a good thing :)

I keep staring out the window at my bike, though. I think the fact that I can't go out on it is making me miss it more.

I've had that too , but i hate hospitals so i nursed it myself , here is some good info on what to do

Mansxv...that has to suck real bad , after that many years and still acting up.....i'm affraid we are all in the same boat
